Currently 6'2 200 lbs 25 years old at 480 ng/dl from blood test 3 months ago. I will be trying this out when I start residency in June and will be away from my gf for months. Won't be able to hike 8 hours a day like the guy in the link but will be hiking 1 hour in the mornings, 2 hours in the evening after work and 8 hours on Saturday/Sunday. Will also be walking a lot at work in the hospital during the day. Goal is to reach 1000 ng/dl 185 lbs at 6'2.

480 ng/dl is a good test level and going up to 1000 probably won't do fuck all unless you're still experiencing poor mood and other symptoms of low T at your current level.

If you want the "high T" benefits roidcels enjoy, you'll need to start blasting roids for real and get to supraphysiological T levels.

The guy from the reddit post on legit TRT only reached 1000-1300 ng/dl on 150mg which some would consider to be a mini-cycle. My goal is not to become bodybuilder huge or ripped, I mainly want the mental and physical boosts which I think I could achieve at 1200 ng/dl.

I have been at almost 1000 ng/dl tested years ago in college and the libido, motivation, energy, general mood differences were tremendous

I'd think a substantial improvement in mentality might be possible if you reach 1200 ng/dl, but it seems dubious that there would be a large physical difference.

Maybe your natty ceiling for building muscle would raise by 2 or 3 lbs, which would be fairly imperceptible to most. The rate at which you'd reach your ceiling probably wouldn't change much either.

Not trying to become david laid ripped. I'm the same height and weight but still leaner than the guy in the reddit pictures. I see no reason I could fail to achieve his after physique if I can replicate his hormonal changes (320 -> 1000-1200-ish). This is more of an experiment in bio-hacking than a hardcore looksmax journey

Also would love to be naturally lean throughout my 20s and 30s

Fair enough. If it's something you're interested in trying, definitely go for it. It's unlikely a borderline upper end TRT dose and/or very conservative blast would hurt your health in any way.

I just kinda think you could achieve that guy's after physique on your current T levels. Would be more interesting to see if having test levels 3-4x would improve your mood/drive/libido/etc. and generally improve your quality of life. I've heard of guys doing TRT who don't even lift, just to help in the board room and whatnot.

Exactly this. I am entering a fairly demanding field of work and want to maximize my drive and energy. I have achieved a lighter but much leaner physique than the reddit TRT guy when I was 180 lbs in college. Don't really care about attracting women or being ripped, this is more about the mental and sexual benefits for me
the physical changes eg leaner abs bigger dick from smaller fat-pad would be just a nice bonus

TLDR:
2 guys do multiple blood tests for testosterone.
Guy #1 goes from about 450 ng/dl -> almost 1000 ng/dl after 450 days of semen retention with no other reported lifestyle changes.
Guy #2 goes from very similar numbers after 28 days of hiking 8 hours a day.

I'm really curious about the TRT part tbh.

Not trying to gain muscle I'm already 6'2 200 lbs with a big build.
Would love to be effortlessly lean but my main goal is mental I'm entering residency training and need to max out my energy mood motivation drive discipline happiness cheerfulness which i pretty much felt when I was last tested at 980 ng/dl in college

Not wanting to work is natural. There's always been soy processed foods and yes consumption of it has increased but the main cause of low t high e levels is the xenoestrogens and phytoestrogens not being filtered out of tap water. Look at the statistics for increase of birth control along with faces on TV you can just tell they have higher estrogen levels from their face and how spineless they are

Just eat raw meat and blood and move out of the city and you'll cope well with it. I made a thread before where I went to a pub in the countryside and everyone there looked so big and masculine and good there was even an Asian family where the parents were both 6 foot tall without being lanky and had great forward growth. Even my parents noticed how everyone seemed bigger. Go to the countryside and you'll notice this
