How to abuse sp33d/amphetamine to debloat?

yoo guys ive been abusing sp33d recently and I was wondering how it could help with debloating and weight loss or if it is even that helpful. Can anyone tell me from experience how you can most effectively use it or what the debloating benefits really are?

The problem is I expected a lot better results seeing that clav for example is doing the same. I have barely noticed any difference since I started. Im wondering if anyone is having the same problem or is seeing results. Maybe im just boneless tho
