I got recently approved for Trimax from my insurance and I need to undergo ortho decompensation, this process including premolar extraction will take around 9 months. Im aiming to get it done as quick as possible, do you have any recommendations to expedite the process?

I’ll need to get upper premolar extractions too.

But to answer your question, you can speed the process up by staying consistent with the protocol. Wear elastics when needed, don’t miss appointments etc.
