how to accept being under average height in ur country

im 5’8/172.5-3 cm average height in my country is 5’10 yet everyone is fucking taller than me, everyone towers over me and it lowers my confidence by a shit ton, i cant come to accept it since my plates r closed at 15 Ive got them checked closed a few months back and i cant seem to stop thinking about it ever since, I’m just imagining my life if i was taller, im insecure about it and deadass dont know how to accept it, glad if anyone can help

i have lifts and everything tallest i ever got trying them was 178-9 on a good day, im too afraid to get caught to use them daily but if ill gain the confidence to ill try
