How to accept your flaws

For about a year now I have been crying every night about this one disgusting failo I possess that I inherited from my mother. I remember someone insulting me for it last year and I hear voices repeating the same thing over and over telling me how disgusting I am bc of this one flaw, I want to rip my eyes out. How do people just accept it when they have certain failos, I don’t see me ever accepting the cards I was dealt and will always suffer, but if you guys have any tips on how to accept my flaws and move it would be much appreciated. And u can call it cope, but that’s what we as people do, we cope with whatever it is and move on, but I just can’t accept it and I been denying I have this flaw for so long even though deep down Ik I have it.

You just have to accept it and realize it's there unless you get OBO or something. That's the only thing you can do, there is no point in worrying about it, it will always be there and your mindset will not change how it is.

It's a common understanding that everyone's imperfect. However, I think most people do not quite understand what their failos are. When normies think of what is ugly, they think big nose, crooked teeth, acne, etc, more superficial things. Most people do not understand quite why they look bad.

I do not know. I suspect it is "OK", I mean you seem to have determined it is only a few mm out of ideal range, a few mm out of ideal range is not enough to destroy someone's harmony. From what I've seen, you seem to have well above average looks.

Nope not even close, also the failo he talks about is his ICD because he thinks it's bad to have ICD = PFL. Ironically he just measured the PFL wrong though as his ICD is obviously wider if you look at images from his previous threads.

The "My pfl" line is too wide.

Look at the image I attached at the message above, that's his eye area, and it doesn't harm his looks. His esr is also 0.45. He probably just saw some study or user saying it's best to have a slightly wider ICD, measured his PFL wrongly then, and is malding since then. Because as you can see here, the PFL is clearly wider than the ICD, he just drew the ICD line too wide.
