How to accurately measure if you have inward/outward gonions?

Is there some way i can measure at home if i have outward or inward gonions? i have no tools or anything to measure, just my hands.

just look at your gonions and you can tell if they're inwards or outwards

Can't tell, it's possible to have outward gonions but narrow palate/jaw or something? how do i measure? Surely it's not so simple that anyone with a wide jaw has outward gonions and everyone else inward? what about people with outward gonions but undeveloped jaw/lower 3rd or is that not possible? i want outward gonions otherwise i'm roping
