*Before reading this thread further, please be warned that a 3000 calorie deficit will significantly tank your hormones in the short term and will very likely lead to muscle wasting. I recommend implementing part of this protocol to achieve a more reasonable calorie deficit.

I recently decided to undertake the initiative to aim for a 3000 calorie daily deficit with little effort. I have so far maintained this for 14 days. Most of the drugs I use are difficult to obtain but are relatively safe.

Current Stats: 90kg, Male, Height around 181cm, Body fat percentage of 23%.

What drugs I am using:
- 2.5mg Tirzepatide pinned once a week (contributes to a marginal degree of appetite suppression). I will keep it as 2.5mg for 4 weeks then pin 5mg per week for 4 weeks as 2 2.5mg doses, as the half life is only about 4 days.
- 36mg Prolonged Release methylphenidate (this is a game changer, nuked my appetite like crazy). Will titrate up later as it’s appetite suppressing effects can decrease over time.
- 3g Creatine daily, started first 7 days with 9g daily. Creatine has been shown to reduce muscle wasting during cuts.
- 150mg Testosterone Propionate total per week, taken as 3 separate doses intramuscularly. This is very important to prevent muscle loss as such an extreme deficit will not only lead to your body initially using muscle breakdown for energy, but will decrease your testosterone levels greatly. I do not use HCG or AIs as I intend for this to be short term.
- Pregabalin 75mg twice a day, prevents you from going insane.
- Propranolol 10mg when I experience tachycardia.
- 5mg Melatonin to sleep.
- Benzodiazepines on the side, if ever needed.

What I eat/drink:
- 5 litres of water a day and 2 servings of electrolyte effervescence tablets.
- One sandwich with lean meat such as chicken, that totals up to 400 calories.
2 servings of fruit.
- Sometimes use caffeinated zero sugar soft drinks for extra appetite suppression, using energy drinks can cause adverse combined impacts with the methylphenidate.

Exercise:
- 10k steps a day, minimum. Don’t overlook the basic things.
- Full upper body workout every other day with cardio and leg workouts every day in between at the gym.
Aim for 1000 calories on a tracking watch if you have one. (I understand they can be unreliable, but they do encourage you to do more. They can also track your heart rate which is very important when on this many drugs.)

Thank you for reading.

A 3000 calorie deficit is not particularly harmful short term (for example, 4 weeks).

its retarded whether it harms you or not nigga ffs just diet and do cardio at a normal pace how you're supposed to instead of being an impatient baby brained retard

You are probably right that I am impatient. I might reduce it to a 1500 deficit but continuing to use the same drugs, maybe only avoiding my planned increase of methylphenidate and tirzepatide. I will see how things pan out.

bro so the thing is, you will destroy your own metabolism. calories are energy my nigga. your body will reduce ur basal metabolic rate RAPIDLY to conserve energy. this is how people become anorexic and yo-yo diet hard. youll have a crazy eating disorder and literally gain 5lbs every time u put a granola bar in ur mouth if u do this shit. just go on a 250-500cal deficit, weigh urself every morning after u piss before u eat, write it down, get the average for the week every week,

u should be losing 1-2lbs per week no more no less. if outside of that range adjust accordingly.

do two 20 minute low intensity cardio sessions a week to start. add a day when u plateau or if u not losing shit

first week u will lose like 5lbs or more depleting water and glycogen stores so dont count that week

yw

I understand and agree with what you are saying, but as with most people here, I have severe BDD. So although I can think rationally, I won’t act rationally. Also 250-500 calorie deficit is too low for me to see results at a fast enough rate, I will spend too many months of my life being a fat fuck. Thanks for the advice anyways.

okay nigga you HAVE to think rationally and you have to overcome ur bdd bro. i was on here at 16 obsessive over my appearance like big time. looksmaxxing is a LONG TERM PROCESS. i made this mistake many times so u dont have to. i fucked up myself in many ways trying to get results fast that take time, and stifled my progress in the long term. cutting is fast if thats all ur trying to do it wont take long. thats me in my pfp, during prep. ive been that lean before, im telling u this is the way and only way to do it.

(but pls dont cut below 10% bodyfat if natty, and honestly no reason to if u arent doing a contest)

Yeah, I have serious issues. I will focus on less dangerous shit and slower progress. I appreciate your advices and I do understand your history here on this website as I have been reading looksmax.org threads since I was 14. Also, why would you not recommend cutting below 10% body fat?

its unnecessary to be below 10% bodyfat for most people and absolutely rape to maintain that. also you require a significant amount of muscle mass on your frame in order to maintain the leanest body composition you can. (due to the fact that muscle burns more calories at rest)

theres really no benefit to it at all, honestly most people can sit at around 12% year round if they build up some good muscle, did a proper cut and reverse diet once, and maintain that + some muscle mass with very low effort tbh. its all about what is sustainable

im 10-12% bodyfat year round and i dont diet or do any cardio. this is bc i have gotten shredded and reverse dieted properly such that my metabolism sped back up and i put on little fat. (also because of the significant amount of muscle mass on my frame)

and before the copers get in here and say its roids, its not. ive come off gear cold turkey for months at a time and i lose muscle but i always stay perma lean.

all of the people who stay lean year round do so without any effort. nobody is dieting 24/7/365.

I think it’s best to see facial definition at 12% and figure out whether cutting down further is necessary. However the difference in facial definition is often very large from 12% to 10% body fat, especially as a youthfulfacecell like myself, I store a lot of buccal fat. I do agree with you on the importance of muscle mass in maintaining a high metabolic rate, which is why I plan on focusing even more on muscle building, after cutting.

why tf would anyone do this? if youre that desperate to lose weight take reta, eat 2000cals 150g protein minimum and walk 10,000 steps

Don't listen to the autist telling you to let go of your BDD. Half of the people here are ascending because they're dysmorphic or have mental issues.

What normal people are going through roids, taking all these supplements/peptides, risking side effects from shit ranging from a bit of accutane to 400mg of DNP and all the other shit on the site??? If someone here tells someone to "just natty 500cal deficit bro you don't need reta!!!" they'd be a laughing stock.

Start using your brain nigga. Utilize your BDD.
