I have 6,25 inch wrists and im ashamed of them, thus i wear hoodies that give me this buff look( just hide failos theory) How to cope with it? Is training forearms the best way to recompansate this defect?

Fellow wristcel here.

I'd say go for the lean athletic look, aka low bf, aesthetic dry muscular mass, focusing on arms, forearms, calves and legs.

You won't be a mass monster ever, but try to be the definition king (I am an ectomorph, didn't add as much mass as others did, but I beat them in having defined muscle mass, i.e. striations were easily visible in my delts).

Good arms/forearms will compensate for tiny wrists, good calves/legs will compensate for tiny ankles.

Overall, with a slim waist, long legs, and short torso, with tiny limb, it gave me an athletic hunter kind of look (I'm 6'1" and was playing as a WR in college football), with good flexibility and agility.

prioritize forearms with farmers walks, wrist curls, arm wrestling training. if you look okay at 15-20% bodyfat then your wrist measurement will go up due to the fat. not much can be done ultimately, especially with shit forearm insertions. Look at this roided wristcel and skullcel, looks comical imo but some normalfags will be tricked.

legit, here are my barely 12" forearms at 6.5" wrists (were 6" before gymcel) and 6'3/190lbs/15% body fat

Hide wrists with bracelets, long gloves, gauntlets, braces, wrist gadgets, etc.
