How to achieve cheekbone tilt

Orc made a morph and it got me thinking about my cheekbone tilt. I look like the 2nd image due to my downgrowth and lack of dimorphism. The upper maxilla, maxilla, and mandible might be able to be tilted and fixed via lefort 2. But if I got a lefort 3 I don't think it would be able to tilt the cheekbones. Could lefort 2 plys implants achieve the result on the left?

Nah bro obviously he mogs me bcz I'm ltn. I have similar measurements such as the intercanthal distance, interpupillary distance, pfl, eyes, eyelashes, etc., and a similar phenotype. So that's why I was comparing myself to him.

i have an anterior open bite and my jaw in down grown and recessed. My midface is also too short just like Clavicular. Ima wait to see if his midface elongates after surgery and if it does I'll definitely consider lefort 2 plus 3 piece lefort 1 for wide smile. My forehead is already ideal compared to my bizygomatic width. If I can nail the nasal height, and fix my chin and philtrum (lower third), I think I can get a 1.35x head shape which is ideal.

I am looking to elongate the midface with lefort 2 basically.
