How to achieve forward growth with orthodontic appliances

Hi Guys,
I am 16 years old and I'll have an orthodontist appointment in a few weeks.
What could I ask them for to ascend?
And what could I say so that they give it to me?
I was thinking of asking for a herbst-appliance to Bring my Mandible a bit forward but my overbite is mild so I dont think they would give it to me.
What could I say so that they do give it to me?
My Palate is Not that narrow since they gave me a schwarz expander at 13 years old which was mostly dental Expansion sadly.
I still feel Like my maxilla is a bit recessed, how can I fix that? Does Reverse pull headgear still Work at my age? What other methodes are there to get maxillary Forward growth? How do I ask for them?
Could I convince them to Bring both my mandible and maxilla forward?
(I could say I have trouble breathing for example)
I do think I am still gonna grow so there are probably Lots of Things I can improve.

facemask wouldn't work unless you expand since inorder for the bone to move it needs to be spilt or your really young and the force is enough-I am in the same boat trying to get maspe and headgear for forward growth since my palate is bad
