I swear I hate all of this. I hate tiktok and 99% of threads on here. Mfers larping on tok with biology images like little kids it’s awful. It’s almost impossible to find any useful information that isn’t blatant lies or pure unsupported theory that no one has tried and people are just larping they do it.
The only thing that will or might grow bone are the following
Aas as we know via androgen receptors, that aas directly in relation to their binding affinity and dht if you take test.
Igf1 or igf1lr3 or probably any other form of igf1 injected right into the bone skin or slightly above it might work but injecting into the upper layer of your bone is probably the most painfull thing you can do with all the pain receptors there.
Maybe bone smashing. I know most of TikTok uses it as a buzzword people just blindly hitting themselves in the fucking face but activating osteoblast activity via controlled progressive stimulation might actually work but it needs to be done right.
That’s fucking it and points 2 and 3 aren’t even sure to do shit and point 1 takes years of steroid abuse for real effects plus you don’t want too much masculinization.
Please don’t come with the stupid sugar method or blast loads of tren you don’t have infinite androgen receptors you don’t need that much tren. Sugar raises insulin first and that right before going to bed will actually lower the gh you produce in your sleep because as every grey knows insulin no goodie at night for gh.
