doing everything I can to fix it. I guess it's genetic. Also the lighting is terrible as shit.

MT2+getting rid of acne will hopefully do the trick.

Everyone overestimates mouth. Mouth is just an indicator for your bones, if you have a wide palate and a compact midface u dont need mouth widening surgery or lip lift.

average palate checking in don't know if mse or palate expander worth it tbh, i have compact and very wide face - fwhr and lower third.

I have both. MSE+BIMAX will do the trick I think.

why lower lip reduction? wouldnt a lip lift for my upper lip be better? would it make it look more like toms?

Get a photofacial it will clear acne scars, freckles, and uneven skin tone
