You can't really change it other than chewing everyday but even that won't get you the results you really want,it's only gonna give a few inches in length but if you're looking for crazy amount of growth surgery is the only way

I Don't directly mean chewing is gonna give you length it's gonna tighten your skin giving the impression of good forward growth

Ive got more forward growth recently but im not sure why ive been bonesmashing obviously mewing since like 2023 but it still is bad but it used to be reallly bad
