How to achieve maximum height growth during puberty

I am currently 16 years old and 178 cm tall. In a week, I’m going to get an X-ray of my hand to see if my growth plates are still open. So, if they are open, how can I try to grow to 182–184 cm? My predicted genetic height is 177.5 cm—so I’ve already surpassed that by 0.5 cm—but I still want to reach at least 180 cm.

Did you ask the foctors of you were still growing? Post the xray
