Not super realistic. You went a bit overboard, chasing that typical chad look.

List of corresponding surgeries, from top to bottom of the face :

- brow ridge graft or implant
- infraorbital and supraorbital implants
- periorbital fat grafting (or a synthetic filler)
- canthoplasty
- rhinoplasty
- maybe bimax, or at least BSSO
- genioplasty, maybe some fillers to complete it
- liposuction/fat dissolver for the submental region, or natural fat loss combined with the benefit of mandibular repositioning via BSSO + genio forward projection
