Not talking about just working out the muscles for performance and doing cardio and being extra skinny but being a little muscular as well. Can this be achieved with calisthenics and occasional weight training?
Is this considered lean muscular or what kind of physique is this? I'm at a loss since i have good frame and muscle genetics but idk how to train not only for performance but aesthetics as well and i want to combine those two without sacrificing the other
