How to achieve muscular fighter physique?

Not talking about just working out the muscles for performance and doing cardio and being extra skinny but being a little muscular as well. Can this be achieved with calisthenics and occasional weight training?

Is this considered lean muscular or what kind of physique is this? I'm at a loss since i have good frame and muscle genetics but idk how to train not only for performance but aesthetics as well and i want to combine those two without sacrificing the other

yes, its like height-110 cm kg lean, just dips and pull ups can bring you to this level

Wdym 110cm? The guy in the photo is like 1.74

How should i train those tho? Higher reps with more break time or the opposite? How should i eat for this? A lot of meat?

What do i do about cardio? Obviously i will compete in bouts so i need it plus losing bf%

Might need a guide peds. Don't wanna shrink my balls, fuck my hormones or get ed or bald. I already have good t levels. Or be found out if i compete or stuff like that
 
If your above 5’10, you’ll have to train for 2 years natty and get really shredded to look like this

Need serious in depth guides on stuff like this, never lifted weights in my entire life or train for aesthetics. All i know is do exercises and eat, especially lots of meat

Just train 4 days a week doing any upper/lower program with progressive overload, aim for advanced powerlifting numbers while training side delts, biceps and calf’s directly.

Don’t complicate it and don’t make it your life, it’s just a couple hours of effort and commitment for 2 years then maintain it training 2x per week low effort
