How to achieve perfect skin?

Right now, I’ve been using adapalene with clindamycin for 1 month already. My dermatologist said I should use it for 3 months. I’m already seeing good results — my skin quality has improved. My skin is relatively clear, but still 1–4 pimples appear every 3–5 days. I’m hoping for your advice.

Thank you. I used to have issues with bile stagnation. I started using choleretic agents, and my skin improved. Recently, I went back to using them, and my skin has improved again; the breakouts on my chest and back have almost stopped.
