Your frontalis muscle is responsible for raising your brows up and your orbitculis oculi pulls your lateral brow tail down.
Some people on this forum have gotten frontalis botox which lowers their brows. I decided to do frontalis botox myself but only in the center lower area of the frontalis (right above the glabella) so that area would go down and I would have more positive brow and canthal tilt.
Now, you can also place botox in your lateral orbitculis oculi. This muscle is responsible for pulling the lateral brow tail down so neutralizing it would make the lateral brow tail go up
Combining these two (inner brows more down and outer brows more up) you would achieve better brow tilt and possibly have minor effect on actual canthal tilt because of tissue changes
Dosing: 20iu botox total (or equivalent) for frontalis (spam it in the center lower area above the glabella) and 5 iu per lateral orbitculis oculi
