Eat primal diet, let your kids eat primal diet, let your kids' kids eat primal diet and then maybe they will look a bit like that

fraus the upper skull with just growing your hair out.

the wider lower jaw can be achieved with chewing, chin/sidewing/jaw surgery or jaw implants:)
