How to achieve this hair glow

That's literally the same type of hair i have but due to having a shower everyday with low quality shampoos it's always dry, poofy, frizzy looks like shit

use cold water while washing your hair in the shower and not hot water. use conditioner, why are you using shit shampoos, use some sea salt spray as well and blow dry your hair
