How to act more neurotypical as someone with autism and ADHD?

Hi guys I know this isn't so much a looksmaxxing question per se, but I was wondering if anyone had some tips to act more neurotypical? ADHD meds helped a bit but i still feel too ND and awkward in social settings. Any behaviors or things i should say? Have a great day
