You'll be surprised how 'normal' and in-control you still feel when you're peaking. It's the physical ramifications that the effect of stimulants, and in particularly MDMA, have that you can't entirely control - the big eyes, the clenching jaw, the sweating, the strong fixation.

It's these things that can be a dead giveaway. But I'd say, behaviourally, you'll still feel in-control.

(Unless you're completing fucked and pinging your tits off, but that's a whole other conservation).
