I read a lot about bone smashing on this forum. But what the fuck are you actually supposed to do?
Smash in your face with a hammer. Seems like a huge Looksmin.

no, the bones microfracture and people thinks it can heal and become bigger after. its a complicated subject but i think that in completely optimal conditions it could work, and with some techniques it works.

Imagine fucking up ur soft tissue mass with collagen destruction elastin destruction and even hair follicle destruction when they are some just for an hypothetical increased bone density than will translate in reality by a chronic temporary swelling/inflammation effect that will even fucking up even more ur soft tissues after the physical damage already massive
