This is how acne is created and if you disagree you’re just brainwashed and/or low iq. These are the root causes of your typical hormonal acne from top down. I suggest you find out where you are fucking up and do your own research to fix those causes (especially the ones at the start or top of the ladder) and not just the symptoms by overdosing vitamin A.
Chronic stress
High Cortisol
Blood sugar dysregulation
Insulin sensitivity is fucked up/ IGF1 elevation
Androgen increase
Eventual growth and DHT at the sebaceous glands
Excess sebum production and hyperkeratinization
C. acnes
and finally
INFLAMATION which then leads to ACNE
So yes, your basic tips work because they fix on one or many of these actual root causes. For example, if you are a high cortisol individual you should do some exercise and actually touch gras. The skincare tips work primarily on the bottom parts of this ladder, therefore it won’t actually treat the root causes in the long term (I would still suggest using products though)
Some other notes theories I have come across while researching:
Sunlight (Vitamin D) helps
Milk can cause acne
Carnivore diet mfs are mostly right. They don’t have acne because there is little to no sugar and insulin spiking bullshit in their diets.
