This is very simple shit. All you need to do is when you feel unmotivated, REMEMBER WHY YOU STARTED.
imagine you make the plan to wake up at 5am to go to the gym, you do this the night before, you feel very motivated to do it, because you want to get jacked because it will make you more confident. Let’s cut to 5am, you wake up and all you want to do is go to sleep, you now have a decision to either fall back asleep or go to the gym, your motivation right now is to sleep, but last night you were so motivated, you have forgotten WHY you want to go in the first place, now, you need to go back to last night and remmeber what you were thinking, in this case it is you want to get jacked to make you more confident, think about it deeply, and you should find yourself creating motivation to go to the gym.
