*Before reading this paper just beware im new to the community and i dont know whether something like this has been published yet dont bully me ik im a grey*
Simply put, the answer is isometric chin tucks.
If you know what isometrics are good for you, but for those who dont know i'll explain it in a bit.
But whats wrong with regular chin tucks?
Well its pretty simple, imagine bending your arm without holding any weight, no matter how many times you do it, it's not going to build the biceps you're looking for, all it'll do is cause fatigue and muscle swelling.
So applying the same logic towards chin tucks, simply doing the movement with no force acting against it is a drag, in some cases i've seen people successfully raise their hyoid that way, but it's a slow and tedious process.
The Humble Upgrade
WE want QUICK and EASY results. Therefore i'll teach you the method that'll massively change your hyoid within 2 to 3 weeks.
first off i'll teach you what an isometric is and how it builds muscle.
What's an isometric?
An isometric is a static movement. I want you to imagine yourself pushing a wall, no amount of force that your body can exert will move that wall, in return your body will grow your muscles in order to adapt to the force to exert more the next time. So yes, we can grow muscle without technically having a range of motion, this applies to ANY muscle as long as the force acting against it is in the correct position to activate that specific muscle.
So how do we do it?
Get in position like how you would do a regular standing/sitting chin tuck (just be up right), except at the top of the movement you want you exert a force with your hands that you absolutely cannot move with your chin tuck. You'll want to chin tuck as hard as possible putting in maximum force to try and push against the force created by your hands pushing, you'll want to hold this for 5-7 seconds. you'll need to do 3 sets of these and rest about 3 minutes between each set, do this exercise every other day and NOT everyday, so the muscles supporting your hyoid have time to recover and will raise it faster.
You'll start seeing good results in 2 to 3 weeks. In my personal experience from doing these even when I was a fat little shit at 30 percent bodyfat, my hyoid was still not visible.
Anyways if you guys got any questions im happy to answer.
Thanks for reading, happy mogging.
