If someone firmly believes they are right about something and can't accept the possibility of being brainwashed, they 100% are brainwashed.
If you can't say "this thing xyz that is a foundation of my worldview blah blah blah might be false" you could be fucked.
Always be open to the idea of being brainwashed and wrong.
Most of us are and i for sure am wrong on some things / am missing information or have an incomplete picture.
Never stop learning.
Identifying with your beliefs is dangerous as it builds a wall of sorts.
When someone says something that goes against what you think to be true, this will make you unreceptive as instead of taking it as a piece of information, you will take it as an attack on your self, on your ego and become defensive.
This is total water, but some people who can't say "i am wrong" out loud need to hear it.
