How to administer Powder MK

I recently purchased some MK677. It came with powder and a 12mg scooper. Should I mix it with water or just dry scoop it and wash it down with water. I have read that with the liquid you put it under your tongue. Does the same apply with the powder? Before anyone is saying its cope Im just using it for increased appetite. And yes I am taking berberine and testing my blood glucose levels. How often should I test them?

just mix it with water you'll be fine no need to do sublingual because mk is absorbed fine through oral digestion

test ur blood glucose levels 1-2 times daily, berberine should be taken with meals
