In this guide I'm gonna try to show to rate a eye area and see if someone is frauding then, so let's go.
Brownbridge
A common beginner mistake is thinking browbridge is what makes a eye look deep set, but this image show the opposite
Brownbridge won't affect your deepness just gonna make you look more masculine, what makes they eyes looks deep set are orbitals and low set glabella. (remembering then super masculine browbridge can make you look like a neanderthal.)
Orbitals
The most important thing on eye shape are orbitals in this topic I'm gonna specify about the supra orbitals, because infra orbitals and lateral orbitals gonna bore important on another topic.
they are what makes you look like a predator or prey, orbitals makes your eyes look deep and masculine they make hooded eyes along with fat pads.
How to tell if someone have good supra orbitals?
it's pretty easy actually if the eye ball pass the orbitals the supra orbitals are bad, fat pads can fraud on the front but the side is pretty obvious to tell.

Depending on the case squinting may help with giving the illusion of having better supra orbitals but in most cases make the guy a retarded aspie.
Upper eyelid exposure
uee is not that falio If you have good bone structure, but generally what causes uee is high set glabella, lack of good supra orbitals, or lack of fat pads, in reality is very rare to someone have not having UEE wihout having monolids.

Light eyes are better then dark eyes, but if you have dark skin light eyes can make you look exotic or alien, but eye color matters more to people with white skin.
Eyebrows and eyelashes
They should be a little more dark then your hair color, because if you use jet black is gonna look fake as fuck.

Ideal is about 31mm-33mm, but the things above are more important.
IPD
Is the distance between eyes you need have the medium set, because wide set or close set means over in mane cases.
