How to appeal to ghetto girls

My school is filled with black people and the rest are just ghetto. I’m white and don’t know how to appeal to the girls in my school when most of them are slightly ghetto and like hispanics and blacks. i rarely see white people and this makes it hard for me to appeal to these girls. How do i go about appealing to these girls which are mostly hispanic some white but still ghetto to an extent.
