How to apply Bimatoprost eye drops

I don’t know how to apply them. I thought I used them ass eye drops but apparently that’s not correct.

Someone said to apply to top lashes with a one use applicator

Can I not apply to bottom lashes, and am I able to use the wand from my other lashes serum if I clean it off
