How to apply hydroquinone to light areas of the face to create bold glamour look and more contrast?

I want to replicate this result, but can someone tell me all areas where I need to apply it? Someone commented lips, zygos, nose tip, nasal bone, brow ridge and chin but i dont know for example on chin should i apply if to the entire area or how should it be shaped?

Can someone draw on a face which areas you put in on and in which amounts?
