At night time

Cleanse
double if you want to (depends on the person)

apply tret first
And let dry for 15mins+

Then apply HQ after
let skin settle for 15mins+

Moisturize
( A heavier duty because tret and HQ dry skin out)
let abzorbe into skin(you dont want to go to bed right after wait for your skin to fully absorb the product)

and your set

i applied HQ 4% in the morning and beef tallow as moisturizer. ill do this later thanks brocel
my first day appyling these i think ill rawdog it and apply these everyday. tret purge prob wont happen since i already have decent skin and no acne
