How to arrange hardmaxxes sequence?

I think the right sequence is starting with deep structural tissue and then going near to the surfac right? Or it doesn't matter?

For example if i'm going to have BSSO, implants and fat grafts, so i should get the bsso done first cuz it's the deepest structure then implants and end with fat grafts.
