What's up bro you actually look decent the main flaw is your TFWHR is way too long you can try FME/MARPE and then get jaw implants aswell as lips not being wide enough you can do commmissuroplasty lip cutting or lip widening device for that, possibly a tan could suit you idk though its dark, mt1 or bondi sands light
