I’ll turn 16 in three weeks, and I’m 183 cm tall. My father is 194 cm and my mother is 172 cm. I’m still in mid-to-late puberty. My face is probably a 5/10, and I’m growing my hair out.


At school, I’m a pretty shy person, so I don’t get much respect. How do I change that? Any advice? Can “softmax” save me, or is it over?

ok if u want status at school you need to become above average in looks first of all
if you want status you need to make as many friends as possible and have a strong friend group

you need to focus on sports more than looksmaxxing. Playing sports multiple times a week will get you staus, confidence, fitness, improve your looks indirectly, and also will be enjoyable. find a sport you enjoy and try hard it
