How to ascend eye area

My area is pretty bad but my nct just makes it worse, does the hooding affect it that much?

They're close set. U can't do much abt that.

thicken + groom eyebrows, grow eyelashes. fraud eyebags with concealer. nothing else u can do. although u look extremely young so there might be some changes in bone structure
