How to ascend eye area

I’m new into looksmaxxing and one dude that has inspired me was luca I don’t think a lot of people know him but people know him as the Romanian retard or what ever and I want to ascend my eye area like his. He has very striking eyes now.and they got photos of him before he ascended and he had these wide open eyes that didn’t look striking at all and out of no where he has striking eyes . This inspired me to try and improve my eye area but I don’t know how to. Can someone give me tips on how to ascend eye area?

just make ur eyelashes thicker and longer and your eyebrows also that guy looks like hes frauding bro prob squinting
