Honestly eyes are the hardest part to fix but you are severely underrating yourself id suggest training the orbicularis occuli muscle to try to shape the eyes better

eyes are the biggest problem you seem softmaxxed so js get some surgery for the eyes and you'll be good

There is debate about this on phenotype forums some say the bug eyes come from Zagros as a lot Iranians have them I’m not too familiar with aasi phenos tbh

You can't get surgery now, just save up honestly with the surgery you'll be a decent mtn if you fixed your lips

hltn is average so don't stress too much, you're just ltn
