i think they extend it equally, in adults BSSO more but if you are young IMDO mogs

These surgeries could have some serious complications though, I recommend you try and mew for a little and see if you get any results, rinse and repeat. If you don't get any results after a certain time frame then I would consider bi-max

mewing doesn't make new bone in the mandible

it doesn't create any new bone, just theoretically places the maxilla in a better position as opposed to non-mewing

Chewing is for jaw width and possibly ramus bone gains according to some studies.

But yeah if you have short mandible you need surgery like a sliding genio

This procedure would cost 20k MINIMUM.

Rather get bimax and genio in Italy or Russia for half that.
