Once you're around 19-21 you'll go through a second puberty. If you are 18 or younger this is genuinely all you need to do. Once you're in your early 20's and you already have a good base yes you can think about other procedures but if you're 17 and looking at hardmaxxing tutorials then you're a retard.

fr its sad while on one hand I wish I got blackpilled a bit earlier I also think its sad to see 14 yr olds on here talking about roping worrying about their height and thinking about surgery when i was 14 I was pretending to be apart of lizard squad and hacking on gmod i literally was completely carefree and did not give a fuck about how I looked. Its a double edged sword though. I think this is too much for a kids young brain ngl

See this is the sad part to me. If it was about eating right and making sure you grow right so you can be healthy and GL and prepared for adulthood thats different, but you kids here are trying to ascend RIGHT NOW so you can be a popular kid by next year. The reality is that highschool dating functions a lot differently than the real world and if you looking to sprout into a social butterfly at school the moment you ascend that is the wrong way to look at looksmaxxing and you essentially fell for the BP equivalent of the PUA scam. Be BP aware, eat healthy, know that looks are important, and if you really want to use peptides or something than go ahead with research its your body, but dont look it as something that will save your childhood. Enjoy your youth and make solid friendships now otherwise you will be perma neet and ND and looksmaxxing wont save you from those two things in adulthood.

These kids just want to lean out and be a chad with their undeveloped bones, not realising that they change as you age. The whole point of this post was to explain to those who are 14-18 that doing the basics and setting the right foundations for your body to develop into adulthood is vital. They'll neglect exercising, they won't drink water, they'll eat like shit and they'll rot on .org looking at edits and researching hardmaxxing methods - it's all just backwards.

I agree with everything you said but the problem is that the teenage userbase here is mainly composed of 2 groups of people, the highschool losers and the humble braggers.

In both cases it doesn't matter, the former are already unable to properly fit in from the get-go and so they use PSL as a last resort & the latter fit in regardless.

If they bulk up as you tell them to I guarantee they'll be shunned for being an obese monkey in the prettyboy era, you're setting them up for failure.
Most of your facial growth is finished by the time you're a child and there's no such thing as a second puberty.

Unless you’re at an unhealthy weight or bf% bulking is utter bullshit. You would get fat and gain the same amount of muscle you would get from a 100 calorie surplus

Or on roids. If you are a growing kid you should always be eating high protein at maitenence calories which will rapidly shift. Any over eating will encourage fat growth and estrogen and any under eating will stunt growth and lower testosterone. Its tricky. I would say its a bit safer to overshoot while growing but as long as you are eating extremely high protein alot of that mass gained during youth will be muscle and if you start gaining fat just slowly cut calories

Nobody said anything about bulking up to the point of being obese. You need muscle and you need a normal bodyfat percentage. Not a high bodyfat percentage and no muscle. It goes without saying.

Also bone remodeling is very different from your bones growing. Also while your craniofacial growth isn’t fully complete. That doesn’t mean it will make a difference. Your skull is 80% done before you enter puberty. If you have 1% left of craniofacial growth don’t expect it to change your face drastically

Even a few millimeters of growth in the jaw (mandible/maxilla) between 18–25 can sharpen the jawline, change bite alignment, and alter facial appearance. On top of that, bone density and angles remodel - brows, cheekbones, and jawlines get more pronounced. Forensics literally use these skull changes to tell an 18-year-old from a 25-year-old. So yeah, it’s more than just fat.

I'm not disputing that the majority of your bone development happens earlier on, but you're completely disregarding the later changes? lol.

Literally look at photos of identical twins separated at birth, there's pretty much always only minimal differences.

It also isn't always clear who developed "better" per say.

Bluepilled. You have to think of it from a perspective of thermodynamics. You cant grow one pound if you dont atleast eat one pound
