Hey for less UEE there are multiple things to do..

Softmaxxing wise is growing our your lashes so it frauds the eye area and shows less UEE.

Hardmaxxing wise (what I recommend) is fat grafting your supraorbital area. This puts fat under your eyebrows so it sacks infront of your eyelid exposure.

One of the easiest safest procedures you can do and its cheap compared to others..

Idk maybe slightly negatice canthal tilt but the biggest flaw I see is your ethnicity and coloring honestky
