First of all these pictures are shit, not taken from a normal angle and with a weird ass squinting facial expression so it's hard to truly say but your first priority should be to lose that acne. Also taking pictures from farther away at a more neutral angle + showing your hair would be good

Should i use accutane?

Probably not necessary for your mild to moderate acne so I'd start with a good solid topical routine first (unless you're already using actives and seeing no results)
