Hey manlets . This is my MogPill method on how to ascend as non-pashtooni male into a good looking goy.

So what I did was method called massai cum sprints which is basically everytime you goon you take a rubber band and put it around to stop from gooning. Sadly this only works if you have a hot cousin next to you. Male or female dosent matter or goats (only 18+) method
