i am 41
and i cannot afford surgeries yet and my parents don't want to pay for unnecessary cosmetic shit. my mandible is a little recessed and a bit downgrown which causes my chin to also be less projected. I have a wide maxilla and well alligned teeth but im just looking for forward growth. With which problems can i larp with so Insurance covers much of it and also which cosmetic shit do i need to get forward growth?
