I did a lot of mouthbreathing as i child and had a recessed upper jaw, which made my teeth go behind my lower teeth. I had braces with pullers, and now my teeth look good but idk if it made rest look worse. What do you think?

Try to be clean shaven and get a good acne routine. I don't think you should do anything extreme like Accutane as it would be necessary growing your hair out on the sides to a length where it covers your ears. It would also help if you haven't already tried to talk to your orthodontist about getting a pallet expander since you have a deviated septum or it looks like it at least you probaly need one
