You cant, but you can fraud it with eyelashes other than that youre gonna need surgery, botox or fillers

Preciate it, any tips on eyelash growth? Ive tried castor oil but many people say that its cope. Also oral minoxidil is an option however I cant take it because it needs a prescription im my area

Yea curl them, dye them and try to grow them by using for example oral minoxidil if you can get your hands on it, maybe just buy from indiamart.
Im not an Expert at growing them tho
