I actually have good ass base, year ago when i was leaner but still mtn i was getting bitches

Now past year i was depressed as fuck, eating disgusting processed shit everyday and playing games,
I am 175cm and turn 16 this month
My voice is just starting to get lil deeper and puberty started like 7months ago, is there any hope for my height and how the fuck is lose my 23% body fat without starvemaxxing and stunting my growth
Also i don't want to take peptides just yet, since i have a good base and my dad has Hella bone mass, i will probably take hgh, so my questions are how do i lose this bf% fast without starvemaxx, and what do i do after it to ascend

23% bf is actualy at excess aromatisation level that will stunt your growth. 20-12 is a healthy range to be in cut now nigga. also gh will help with height and lipolosis so why wait

Alright, sounds good but what should i do for aggressive cut

eat enough calories and do enough activity (id recommend walking, as you can track your steps through the health app, 10k steps = 300 calories burnt) to lose 1% of your body weight per week, eat 1.1g of protein per pound of body weight, resistance train 3x a week to keep ur lean tissue and not end up skinny fat. What I do is calculate my sedentary calorie maintenance, and add the 300 cals from 10k steps to get actual maintenance, and then I eat in a big enough defecit to cause 1% of weight loss per week.
