Generic Anastrozole how to use?

Okay so right jow i have about 5 tablets of AIs how do i take them safely so my estrogen dont close my Growth Plates?
(I sound so retarded but bare with me)
Ps. I'm 15 and still about to hit puberty

If you have 5 tablets your done bro you need to take them everyday and if you don’t have a constant supply your done since using nonsteroidal AI like anastrozole have side effects after hoping off like estrogen rebound which will lead to closure of your plates
